    Since our items are handmade to order, we kindly ask that cancellations be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Our team works swiftly to ensure we meet our production and shipping timelines, so we are unable to accommodate cancellations beyond this timeframe. REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.

    We offer free exchanges or replacements for any damaged pieces only in your kit. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of package arrival. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. 

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Our products are handmade and shipped from outside the country. Processing time is 1-1.5 weeks. Shipping times for backdrop kits range from 5-7 business days, while floral kits may take 1.5-2 weeks.
