How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website under the "Products" page.
How soon ahead of my event do I need to order?

For ready-to-go collections: 4-5 weeks ahead.

For custom designs: 6-9 weeks ahead. Most of the time, packages arrive earlier than expected. We recommend ordering well in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, changes may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our support team at madebymahira@gmail.com.

Can I change my shipping address or information?
Yes, you can change your shipping information. Additional charges may apply for changes in countries or states. Please email madebymahira@gmail.com for assistance with shipping or billing updates.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

Product Information
​
Do I need experience to set up the backdrops?
No prior event setup experience is required. Setting up our backdrop or floral kits takes approximately 20 minutes, and even less with practice.
​
How do I set up the backdrop kits and flowers?
Each backdrop kit comes with a semi-assembled frame and a slipcover-style backdrop that easily slips and zips onto the frame. Flowers in our flower garland kits come with heavy-duty hooks that attach directly to the grommet holes on the back of each design.

How long do kits last?
With proper care, our kits will last a lifetime. Our backdrop covers and floor mats can be washed and reused as many times as you'd like, and our flower kits are durable and long-lasting.

How should I store and care for the kits?
Store flowers in a dry, dark area away from direct sunlight or water. Backdrop kits can be stored similarly to bed sheets or pillowcases. We recommend using a backdrop carry case to store the metal frame.

What materials are used in your products?

What is the process behind your designs?

Can I buy items from your kits separately?
Yes, you can purchase certain items from our kits separately, such as:

Note: Flower kits must be purchased as a complete set. We offer various configurations.

Can I customize the sizes of the backdrop frames and prints?
Yes, we can customize the sizes. While our standard main panel size is 8x8ft, side panels are available in 6x8ft and 4x8ft. These can be used to extend the backdrop for larger decor.

Can I customize my flower order?
Yes, you can customize your flower decor! If you don’t like any of our available color schemes or kits, you can work with our designer to create your own style, size, and color options.

I have a large event with customized requirements, can you help me design the decor for all spaces?
Yes, we can help you design your event from scratch.

Can I buy the image file for your designs alone?
Our images are not available as digital downloads. Our prints can only be purchased as physical products. Our designs are copyrighted in the USA, UK, Canada, and India. Any attempt to replicate them will be pursued legally.

How are your designs produced?
Our talented design team creates each motif by hand-painting and scanning the designs. Various placements are then created to bring you the final print.

Will you provide tracking information?
Yes, tracking information will be provided once the items have been shipped by a team member.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Additional fees may apply depending on the country.

Exchanges are allowed for damaged goods, and the exchange must be requested within 3 business days of receiving the product.
